Brand Development

Currently, the two key brands in our portfolio are Radisson SAS and Park Inn. In addition, we have three development brands, Regent, Hotel Missoni and Country Inn.

All the brands in our portfolio are supported by a system of quality and service standards which seek to provide our guests with a choice of hospitality products that meet their needs and encourage brand loyalty.

Awareness of the Radisson SAS and Park Inn brands is already high in the Nordic Region and we will seek to further build on the reputation of these brands by actively marketing such brands and opening new Radisson SAS and Park Inn hotels in the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) region. The other brands in our portfolio, Regent, Hotel Missoni and Country Inn, allow us to launch new hotels and reach new customer groups in targeted existing and new markets.

Geographically, we seek to further strengthen our presence and brand penetration in our key markets in the Nordic Region, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Ireland and Belgium and intend to focus on opening new hotels in selected growth markets, such as Russia and other CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States) countries, as well as in Southern Europe.
